Ok so though there were no more posts in April work did continue and I'm happy to report it was with some consistency. Once plumbing got through we were able to finish putting down the subfloor in the bathrooms. This happened very similarly to the kitchen. The only difference is there were way more pipes to accommodate. you'll see in the pictures we had the pipes for hot and cold water going to the shower/bathtub areas, there are also the sinks and holes for the toilets that all needed to be cut out. We cut the pieces first and then glued them down and then nailed them down with the nail gun. We were using 3/4 plywood so the floor is quite sound. please enjoy the selection of photos displaying the work that went into giving me a floor. I should also mention the temperature/humidity difference in the house is quite amazing. Floors are really helpful in temperature control...everyone be grateful you have them!
